Meet Eden Bauer
Hi there! I'm Eden. I am a passionate nature lover, massage and reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, vibrational sound therapist, and dedicated postpartum doula. Throughout my personal healing journey I have had the opportunity to work with practitioners who completely changed the way I view medicine and our capacities to come back into balance. I am amazed by the power of subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) energy work that reiki, sound therapy and yoga can provide. My goal is to bring these therapies to my clients in a way that is tailored to each of their individual needs.
My ideal clients are diverse, open to body and energy work and ready to put into practice the multiple therapies and tools I offer. Open-mindedness and flexibility allow these modalities to go a long way. I respect the sovereignty of every being and truly believe the most powerful work is done when you are taking as active a roll in your healing as the practitioner you are working with.
I understand, and have firsthand experienced, that we are much more than physical beings. We are mental, emotional and spiritual beings as well. My work focuses on bringing each of these aspects of ourselves into harmony. I work to identify your imbalances and blockages and gently bring you back to your center, holistically. No two humans are alike, so no two sessions are alike. As you evolve, so will our sessions together. Getting to a better place is possible, and it is what you deserve.
PLEASE NOTE: I see clients out of my clean and cozy home in Northeast Minneapolis. Please except a laidback and tranquil space to receive services in.

About the event
Let's begin the new year by gathering in community to celebrate, make space for rest, and give ourselves a chance to sit with our intentions for the future. When women come to together it amplifies each woman's energy and potential to create more alignment in her life. At these circles each woman is given the space and attention to share her truth, her desires, her vision. We take the time to nourish one another and call upon the medicine of heart-opening cacao to drop into presence with our bodies, minds, and spirits.
We will share a loving cacao ceremony, mantra meditation and singing, a sharing circle, intention setting, a soothing sound healing, partner intimacy building activities, and a gentle movement and breath work practice. Please come as you are. No preparation is required for this event.
Please bring a journal/ paper and pen with you as well as any blankets…
