Meet Eden Bauer
Hi there! I'm Eden. I am a passionate nature lover, massage and reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, vibrational sound therapist, and dedicated postpartum doula. Throughout my personal healing journey I have had the opportunity to work with practitioners who completely changed the way I view medicine and our capacities to come back into balance. I am amazed by the power of subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) energy work that reiki, sound therapy and yoga can provide. My goal is to bring these therapies to my clients in a way that is tailored to each of their individual needs.
My ideal clients are diverse, open to body and energy work and ready to put into practice the multiple therapies and tools I offer. Open-mindedness and flexibility allow these modalities to go a long way. I respect the sovereignty of every being and truly believe the most powerful work is done when you are taking as active a roll in your healing as the practitioner you are working with.
I understand, and have firsthand experienced, that we are much more than physical beings. We are mental, emotional and spiritual beings as well. My work focuses on bringing each of these aspects of ourselves into harmony. I work to identify your imbalances and blockages and gently bring you back to your center, holistically. No two humans are alike, so no two sessions are alike. As you evolve, so will our sessions together. Getting to a better place is possible, and it is what you deserve.
PLEASE NOTE: I see clients out of my clean and cozy home in Northeast Minneapolis. Please except a laidback and tranquil space to receive services in.

The Libra New Moon arrives on October 10th, bringing a fresh lunar cycle centered around relationships, harmony, cooperation, beauty, diplomacy, and the delicate art of finding balance without abandoning ourselves. Libra asks us to consider how we relate to our partners, friends, families, communities, and ultimately to ourselves. This New Moon is sextile Jupiter in Leo, creating an expansive and encouraging influence around connection, generosity, creativity, and joy. There can be a renewed desire to come together, celebrate one another, and create relationships that allow everyone to shine.
The activity for this month is called The Weaving Of Us. In this ritual, we’ll explore the beautiful balance between self and community, giving and receiving, individuality and belonging. Together, we’ll create a shared woven piece, each woman adding her own thread as a symbol of the unique gifts, wisdom, and presence she brings to the collective. As we weave our individual threads…
