Meet Eden Bauer
Hi there! I'm Eden. I am a passionate nature lover, massage and reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, vibrational sound therapist, and dedicated postpartum doula. Throughout my personal healing journey I have had the opportunity to work with practitioners who completely changed the way I view medicine and our capacities to come back into balance. I am amazed by the power of subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) energy work that reiki, sound therapy and yoga can provide. My goal is to bring these therapies to my clients in a way that is tailored to each of their individual needs.
My ideal clients are diverse, open to body and energy work and ready to put into practice the multiple therapies and tools I offer. Open-mindedness and flexibility allow these modalities to go a long way. I respect the sovereignty of every being and truly believe the most powerful work is done when you are taking as active a roll in your healing as the practitioner you are working with.
I understand, and have firsthand experienced, that we are much more than physical beings. We are mental, emotional and spiritual beings as well. My work focuses on bringing each of these aspects of ourselves into harmony. I work to identify your imbalances and blockages and gently bring you back to your center, holistically. No two humans are alike, so no two sessions are alike. As you evolve, so will our sessions together. Getting to a better place is possible, and it is what you deserve.

Cancer is the sign of the Divine Mother, the sacred waters, emotional security, ancestry, and belonging. This is not a New Moon that asks us to push forward. Instead, it encourages us to soften, slow down, and listen to what our hearts have been quietly asking for. ather than beginning something entirely new, we are invited to revisit old emotions, family patterns, childhood memories, and conversations that still shape us today. Healing comes through remembering.
Together, we will journey through a deeply nurturing and heart centered ritual inspired by the Cancer New Moon. Beginning with a gentle partner hand scrube with lavender sea salt and a hand massage with oils, we'll practice both giving and receiving care. From there, we'll explore the Mother Mantle ceremony, reflecting on the beliefs our inner child still carries before meeting our Wise Mother through a guided meditation.
