Meet Eden Bauer
Hi there! I'm Eden. I am a passionate nature lover, massage and reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, vibrational sound therapist, and dedicated postpartum doula. Throughout my personal healing journey I have had the opportunity to work with practitioners who completely changed the way I view medicine and our capacities to come back into balance. I am amazed by the power of subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) energy work that reiki, sound therapy and yoga can provide. My goal is to bring these therapies to my clients in a way that is tailored to each of their individual needs. ​
My ideal clients are diverse, open to body and energy work and ready to put into practice the multiple therapies and tools I offer. Open-mindedness and flexibility allow these modalities to go a long way. I respect the sovereignty of every being and truly believe the most powerful work is done when you are taking as active a roll in your healing as the practitioner you are working with.

I understand, and have firsthand experienced, that we are much more than physical beings. We are mental, emotional and spiritual beings as well. My work focuses on bringing each of these aspects of ourselves into harmony. I work to identify your imbalances and blockages and gently bring you back to your center, holistically. No two humans are alike, so no two sessions are alike. As you evolve, so will our sessions together. Getting to a better place is possible, and it is what you deserve.

Dos visitas prenatales
Después de nuestra consulta inicial, tendremos dos visitas prenatales. En estas visitas discutiremos qué tipo de trabajo de parto le gustarÃa, natural o con medicamentos. Diseñaremos su plan de parto juntos, discutiremos las medidas de comodidad que desea que se cumplan, cómo puede prepararse mejor mental, fÃsica y espiritualmente para su parto, y si desea tener su parto en casa, en un centro de maternidad. , o en un hospital. ¡También se mezclarán muchas cosas para conocerse mutuamente!
Información profesional
Como doula, estoy equipada con una gran cantidad de información útil que no todos los médicos divulgan o conocen. Le enseñaré cómo medir el tiempo de sus contracciones, cómo saber cuándo está en trabajo de parto, las etapas del parto, las posiciones durante el parto, el manejo del dolor y mucho más. Soy su recurso directo para toda la información sobre el parto que pueda necesitar.
