Meet Eden Bauer
Hi there! I'm Eden. I am a passionate nature lover, massage and reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, vibrational sound therapist, and dedicated postpartum doula. Throughout my personal healing journey I have had the opportunity to work with practitioners who completely changed the way I view medicine and our capacities to come back into balance. I am amazed by the power of subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) energy work that reiki, sound therapy and yoga can provide. My goal is to bring these therapies to my clients in a way that is tailored to each of their individual needs.
My ideal clients are diverse, open to body and energy work and ready to put into practice the multiple therapies and tools I offer. Open-mindedness and flexibility allow these modalities to go a long way. I respect the sovereignty of every being and truly believe the most powerful work is done when you are taking as active a roll in your healing as the practitioner you are working with.
I understand, and have firsthand experienced, that we are much more than physical beings. We are mental, emotional and spiritual beings as well. My work focuses on bringing each of these aspects of ourselves into harmony. I work to identify your imbalances and blockages and gently bring you back to your center, holistically. No two humans are alike, so no two sessions are alike. As you evolve, so will our sessions together. Getting to a better place is possible, and it is what you deserve.

Join us in showing up for the children and families of our local Twin Cities community! Bring a toy and come receive a 90 min yoga class with reiki healing during an extended savasana.

Emma and Eden are coming together to create a soft and gentle flowing yoga class infused with energetic healing for you all. We are donating our time not only to collect toys for local kiddos, but to truly offer a space of slowness and refuge for community at this time of year. This is a space for you to be held and known. Expect a 75 minute gentle yoga flow with both Eden and Emma weaving as your instructors. We seal the container with an extra long 15 minute savasana where both Emm and Eden will give hands on adjustments and reiki energy healing to those who desire to receive.
Please bring your yoga mat and any props or blankets you'd like to have with you. Some extra yoga mats, blocks and bolsters will be available.
