Meet Eden Bauer
Hi there! I'm Eden. I am a passionate nature lover, massage and reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, vibrational sound therapist, and dedicated postpartum doula. Throughout my personal healing journey I have had the opportunity to work with practitioners who completely changed the way I view medicine and our capacities to come back into balance. I am amazed by the power of subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) energy work that reiki, sound therapy and yoga can provide. My goal is to bring these therapies to my clients in a way that is tailored to each of their individual needs.
My ideal clients are diverse, open to body and energy work and ready to put into practice the multiple therapies and tools I offer. Open-mindedness and flexibility allow these modalities to go a long way. I respect the sovereignty of every being and truly believe the most powerful work is done when you are taking as active a roll in your healing as the practitioner you are working with.
I understand, and have firsthand experienced, that we are much more than physical beings. We are mental, emotional and spiritual beings as well. My work focuses on bringing each of these aspects of ourselves into harmony. I work to identify your imbalances and blockages and gently bring you back to your center, holistically. No two humans are alike, so no two sessions are alike. As you evolve, so will our sessions together. Getting to a better place is possible, and it is what you deserve.

The Sagittarius New Moon falls on 12/19, we’ll be stoking the intention and adventurous spirit that ripens into the new moon that is to come. Mars makes a timely ingress into Capricorn on 12/15, bringing drive and practical momentum that can channel Sagittarius’s idealism into structured steps and long-term projects; this transit encourages disciplined action toward big visions rather than scattering energy.
This month, we are making our very own primitive arrows using real Jasper arrowheads, feathers, natural deer sinew and sticks. You will be guided through the creation of your sacred arrow and invited to share what it is your are aiming towards as well as what cycles you are using your arrow of discernment to slice through. You get to take your arrow home to cherish forever!
