Meet Eden Bauer
Hi there! I'm Eden. I am a passionate nature lover, massage and reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, vibrational sound therapist, and dedicated postpartum doula. Throughout my personal healing journey I have had the opportunity to work with practitioners who completely changed the way I view medicine and our capacities to come back into balance. I am amazed by the power of subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) energy work that reiki, sound therapy and yoga can provide. My goal is to bring these therapies to my clients in a way that is tailored to each of their individual needs.
My ideal clients are diverse, open to body and energy work and ready to put into practice the multiple therapies and tools I offer. Open-mindedness and flexibility allow these modalities to go a long way. I respect the sovereignty of every being and truly believe the most powerful work is done when you are taking as active a roll in your healing as the practitioner you are working with.
I understand, and have firsthand experienced, that we are much more than physical beings. We are mental, emotional and spiritual beings as well. My work focuses on bringing each of these aspects of ourselves into harmony. I work to identify your imbalances and blockages and gently bring you back to your center, holistically. No two humans are alike, so no two sessions are alike. As you evolve, so will our sessions together. Getting to a better place is possible, and it is what you deserve.
PLEASE NOTE: I see clients out of my clean and cozy home in Northeast Minneapolis. Please except a laidback and tranquil space to receive services in.

Virgo is the embodiment of refinement and service. She often feels like a contradiction within herself. She is a mutable sign and yet if you know a Virgo you probably know that they can be set in their ways. Ruled by Mercury (the planet of communication) yet they are rarely the chattiest person in a room. Virgo brings the focus inwards and makes us re evaluate what it means to be mutable and how Mercury really functions.
When the Moon is in Virgo, there can be a tendency to rely on work, excessive rationality, and perfectionism as a way to feel good about ourselves and avoid uncomfortable emotions. An obsession with order, organization, and daily rituals can be a way to impose our will on Life and distract ourselves from the awareness that Life is ultimately out of our control.
