About Me
Hi there! I'm Eden. I am a passionate nature lover, reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, vibrational sound therapist, and dedicated birth doula. Throughout my personal healing journey I have had the opportunity to work with practitioners who completely changed the way I view medicine and our capacities to come back into balance. I am amazed by the power of subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) energy work that reiki, sound therapy and yoga can provide. My goal is to bring these therapies to my clients in a way that is tailored to each of their individual needs.

I enjoy combining my multiple modalities and practices to discover what's best for you. I offer one-on-one yoga classes for those who suffer from chronic pain, injuries, or who simply want to deepen their practice. I offer group and individual sound healings and reiki sessions as well. Reiki is also available long distance! I am happy to chat about what that looks like.
My ideal clients are diverse, open to energy work and ready to put into practice the multiple therapies and tools I offer. Upon your first session, I will take my time to go through a thorough intake in order to best understand your health history and, together, form the future of your health. When you begin working with me, I fully dedicate myself to your healing. There is a certain degree of open-mindedness and flexibility that allows my work to go a long way. I respect the sovereignty of each of my clients, and truly believe the most powerful work is done when you are taking as active a roll in your healing as the practitioner you are working with. Your cognition of what is going on during our sessions furthers your body, mind and spirit's ability to receive the full benefits of what is being done.

I understand, and have firsthand experienced, that we are much more than physical beings. We are mental, emotional and spiritual beings as well. My work focuses on bringing each of these aspects of ourselves into harmony. I work to identify your imbalances and blockages and gently bring you back to your center, holistically. No two humans are alike, so no two sessions are alike. As you evolve, so will our sessions together. I work at a pace that is sustainable for you. Getting to a better place is possible, and it is what you deserve.
