Meet Eden Bauer
Hi there! I'm Eden. I am a passionate nature lover, massage and reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, vibrational sound therapist, and dedicated postpartum doula. Throughout my personal healing journey I have had the opportunity to work with practitioners who completely changed the way I view medicine and our capacities to come back into balance. I am amazed by the power of subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) energy work that reiki, sound therapy and yoga can provide. My goal is to bring these therapies to my clients in a way that is tailored to each of their individual needs.
My ideal clients are diverse, open to body and energy work and ready to put into practice the multiple therapies and tools I offer. Open-mindedness and flexibility allow these modalities to go a long way. I respect the sovereignty of every being and truly believe the most powerful work is done when you are taking as active a roll in your healing as the practitioner you are working with.
I understand, and have firsthand experienced, that we are much more than physical beings. We are mental, emotional and spiritual beings as well. My work focuses on bringing each of these aspects of ourselves into harmony. I work to identify your imbalances and blockages and gently bring you back to your center, holistically. No two humans are alike, so no two sessions are alike. As you evolve, so will our sessions together. Getting to a better place is possible, and it is what you deserve.
PLEASE NOTE: I see clients out of my clean and cozy home in Northeast Minneapolis. Please except a laidback and tranquil space to receive services in.

During this Cancer New Moon, nourish yourself with healthy food and close friends, spruce up your spaces so you feel at home everywhere, connect to family, spend time near water, get in touch with your emotions.
The sun sign Cancer is the embodiment of The Mother archetype. To honor this energy we will be working with our internal mothers. We practice exercises in re-mothering our inner children, and discuss paths toward healing the mother wound.
Whether you did or did not have a mother, whether your relationship to your mother is healthy or strained, we all have much to learn about the ways The Mother shows up far beyond literal motherhood. We find her everywhere in nature and in philosophy.
